We are living in times of unprecedented change and the world of work is changing rapidly right under our noses. My aim is to ensure that your organisation continues to thrive in spite of or even because of those changes and that you and your people learn how to thrive, how to enjoy the journey, how to learn and have some fun along the way.

 

I have always believed in the potential of people, even as a child.  I always thought that everyone was capable of doing what they wanted to do because I knew that everyone could learn to do it if they really chose to.

 

So actually it is no surprise that I have settled happily and naturally where I am, working with amazing people and organisations helping them get to where they want.

 

What has changed, is that since those days in the playground, I have had the opportunity to work at and with some great organisations and people, and have learned a lot from them. I have also invested in my own learning and have got even better at listening to people and spotting the potential.

 

I am very curious and that makes me challenging too – When I ask you “What makes you say that?” I am genuinely interested and I want you to be interested because then you can challenge yourself too.

 

Whereas some decide to move away from the world of business, I have always been fascinated by it and have chosen to see business and business leaders as organisations and people who can do a lot of good in the world. This therefore makes me want to push you to do just that if pushing is what you need, and even better, to partner with you to create that good.
