Sonia Gavira (BA Hons, MBA, MCIM, MAC, )
Sonia Gavira is an exceptional executive coach, trainer and group facilitator. She has over 15 years experience of working across a number of sectors spanning both manufacturing and service industries. Her career to date has enabled her to manage large scale projects across international boundaries.
Today, Sonia’s interests lie in the development of high potential individuals and teams and the impact that has on the organisation as a whole.

Experience
Her experience covers both personal development, on a one to one basis at senior and executive levels, as well as facilitating and developing teams. Her current clients range from owner managers, to senior managers and directors of FTSE 500 companies both in manufacturing and services industries.

Qualifications
Sonia graduated from Ashridge Management College with an MBA in 1999. She also holds qualifications in Marketing, a degree in modern languages and has achieved Certified NLP European Coach status with International Teaching Seminars, one of the first schools in Europe to have a programme certified by the International Coaching Federation. She trained there with Ian McDermott, Robert Dilts, Jan Elfline, Suzi Smith and Tim Hallbom.
Memberships and Affiliations
Sonia is a member of both the Association for Coaching and the International Coaching Federation and is working towards accreditation by the ICF (PCA). She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
On a personal note, Sonia is married to Simon and they have two young boys.
“As an international coach and a mum, the summers are a great opportunity to head out to the beaches of southern Spain with the boys to see my family there and coach in a truly inspirational setting. My own personal coaching journey has so far enabled me to enjoy working and family life in both countries. I know it will bring me much more and be great fun too!”

As a minimum standard, all our coaches
- have a shared passion for seeing others measurably succeed
- come from successful business backgrounds
- can demonstrate a proven track record in coaching
- have a postgraduate coaching qualification
- are in the process of becoming formerly accredited by the ICF and or other respected coaching bodies
