OUR PEOPLE: RYAN PRITCHARD

Ryan has 10 years experience working at senior management level within the retail and service sector. Six of those years were spent working in Oslo, Norway and he is fluent in both English and Norwegian. For the past five years Ryan has been working for a FTSE 500 company as a senior manager, reporting at board level. This hands on experience enables Ryan to understand the challenges faced by leaders and managers on a daily basis and to support them in their role throughout the coaching process. Ryan is a passionate and inspirational individual who possesses great creativity, insight and a can do attitude in abundance.  Ryan’s interest for coaching began during his time in Norway when assisting teams and individuals to achieve their goals and targets, and where the development and growth of the individual took first priority.
